Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a registered nurse with BLS/ACLS and NIHSS credentials to float to the Stepdown Unit and potentially ED/MedSurg to support ICU patients. Strong candidates with travel experience and Epic EMR proficiency are preferred.

Willingness to travel within the US and adapt to high-acuity environments is required. Ideal candidates have CC experience and are able to float between units as needed, including ICU holds.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certification required via American Heart Association.
• NIHSS certification required.
• Willing to float to Stepdown Unit and possibly ED/MedSurg to care for ICU patients.
• 3 years CC experience preferred; strong candidates without 3 years considered.
• Experience with Epic EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float to Stepdown Unit and care for ICU patients as assigned.
• Provide specialized nursing care in CC/ICU/stepdown areas as needed.
