Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an ICU/CCU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality critical care in our Simi Valley, CA facility. You will support a multidisciplinary team, monitor patient status, and document findings in the EMR while delivering evidence-based care.

The role emphasizes rapid response, patient education, and participation in ongoing professional development through on-site training and performance review processes.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with ICU or critical care certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications with ability to perform rapid response.
• Experience in critical care patient assessment and documentation in EMR.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to meet tight patient throughput and pipeline benchmarks.

Responsibilities
