Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care in our ICCU and Medical/Surgical units. The role uses the nursing process to coordinate patient care, with emphasis on teamwork, communication, and clinical excellence.

New graduates are welcome to apply. The position includes a 72-hour biweekly schedule, day/night 12-hour shifts, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment. Compensation ranges from $42.31 to $63.14 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of nursing with current licensure in Minnesota.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification required at hire or within 6 months.
• TNCC certification preferred or inpatient trauma education within 6 months of orientation end.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients using the nursing process to prescribe, delegate and coordinate care.
• Supervise patient care and coordinate with families, visitors and healthcare team.
• Maintain effective interpersonal and communication skills to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
