Nurses provide high-acuity care through advanced monitoring, sound clinical judgment, and close collaboration with the care team. Within a Magnet-designated environment, 8 Mountain PCU emphasizes quality-driven practice, staff development, and patient-centered care. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required based on assigned work area.**Other Minimum Qualifications:** Keyboarding skills and computer literacy required, including use of electronic medical records.
