Essentia Health St. Mary’s - Detroit Lakes is seeking a compassionate nurse to organize and provide patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

You will delegate tasks to licensed staff as appropriate while upholding the hospital’s mission and regulatory requirements. The role requires a BSN or ADN, active nursing licensure in the state(s) of employment, and BCLS certification within one month.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel as appropriate.
• Support mission and goals of Essentia Health and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
