Job summary

Essentia Health’s St. Marys Hospital in Detroit Lakes is seeking a dedicated nurse to organize and provide patient care across assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.

The role requires active nursing licensure in the state, a BSN or ADN, and current BCLS and ACLS with PALS/TNCC/NRP within the first year. This 0.6 FTE position offers a possible remote/hybrid option and a competitive compensation range.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• BCLS certification within one month.
• ACLS certification within one year.
• PALS, TNCC, and NRP required within 1 year of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide nursing care through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon licensure, preparation and job descriptions.
• Contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meet regulatory or accrediting requirements.
