East Houston Medical Center is seeking a strong and service‑drivenRN House Supervisors (Days and Nights shifts)– Hospital Operations to provide leadership across nursingservices at our Houston and Baytown locations. This position serves as the primary on‑sitenursing operations leader, supporting clinical excellence, staffingcoordination, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and a high standard ofcompassionate care across the facility.

Position Overview

The RN House Supervisors – Hospital Operations provides day‑to‑dayleadership and oversight for nursing practice across hospital departments, withclose collaboration with physicians, department leaders, and executiveleadership. This role is responsible for promoting consistent nursingstandards, strengthening team performance, supporting quality outcomes, andensuring smooth nursing operations throughout the Houston and Baytown campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Provideleadership, direction, and support to nursing staff across clinicaldepartments to ensure safe, efficient, and patient‑centered care.
  
• Overseestaffing coordination, patient safety regulatory readiness, and unitsupport to maintain effective daily hospital operations.
