Community Memorial Healthcare Inc in California is seeking a House Supervisor to provide clinical and operational leadership, overseeing daily patient care coordination and staff performance.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in California, a BLS certification, an associate degree in nursing, and at least 5 years of related experience, with proven coaching and leadership abilities.

Competenze

• 5 years of related experience required.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading staff required.
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by AHA required
• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
• Extensive leadership in clinical/operational settings preferred

The House Supervisor provides both clinical and operational support to the facility. Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required

Experience

• 5 years of related experience required
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading staff required

Licenses and Certifications

• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
