American Advanced Management Inc. seeks a Hospital Supervisor to oversee nursing operations hospital-wide, guiding budget-based decision making and coordinating care delivery across PMs, night shifts, and weekends.
The role requires RN licensure in California, a BSN or allied health degree, and a Masters preferred; at least five years acute care and two years leadership experience; active BLS/ACLS; and participation in the Respiratory Protection Program.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: supervision and coordination of the operation activities of nursing personnel hospital-wide, basing decision-making on budgetary parameters, taking into account the budget, hospital census and patient acuity. Will have broader responsibilities on PMs, night shift, and weekends, extending to all hospital employees, as the Hospital Supervisor represents administration in their absence. Must be able to perform jobs in all patient care and operational areas subject to reasonable accommodations. Must participate in the Respiratory Protection Program, which may include the wearing of a respirator.
This is a non-union position.
Education required to qualify for license as a Registered Nurse.
