Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Montana state licensure.
• Licensure and Certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP; TNCC desirable.
• Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: effective communication skills; basic computer skills.
• Experience: Two years’ experience in a Charge RN or management position; three years med-surg; ER experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain quality patient care through nursing staff management.
• Oversee activities that provide total patient care during assigned shift.
• In absence of Administrator/Chief Nursing Officer, make administrative decisions and notify Administrator-on-Call.
