Ernest Health, Inc. – Spartanburg Rehabilitation Institute in Spartanburg, SC seeks an experienced RN House Supervisor for night shift. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure safe, quality service during your shift.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of acute care experience; ACLS is preferred. You’ll foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsabilités

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Current state Registered Nurse license required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One (1) year recent experience required. Acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Knowledge of and adherence to current nursing theory and practice, infection control, and wound care standards of practice.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standards set forth by state and accrediting agencies of TJC and CMS.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures, and utilizes proper policies, procedures, and guidelines in caring for patients.
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.

Responsibilities:

The House Supervisor is responsible for administrative supervision of nursing services on the assigned shift. Supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel to maintain continuity of patient care. Provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit. Integrates the hospital’s mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
