Ernest Health, Inc. – Spartanburg Rehabilitation Institute in Spartanburg, SC seeks an experienced RN House Supervisor for night shift. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure safe, quality service during your shift.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of acute care experience; ACLS is preferred. You’ll foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing services and coordinate activities of nursing personnel on the assigned shift to maintain continuity of patient care.
• Provide professional nursing care within the assigned unit and integrate the hospital’s mission into daily practice.
