Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking an RN House Supervisor for the Nights shift in Spartanburg, SC. The role oversees nursing services, coordinates staff, and ensures high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting.

The position requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of acute care experience. ACLS certification is preferred, with a focus on safety, infection control, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Formación

• Current state Registered Nurse license required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One (1) year recent experience required. Acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• The House Supervisor is responsible for administrative supervision of nursing services on the assigned shift.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel to maintain continuity of patient care.
• Provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
