Qualifications

• Valid RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a healthy work atmosphere promoting team and individual growth.
• Monitor the workplace to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.
