Job summary

Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to work 36 hours per week on the Night Shift at Christiana Hospital on the 5A Stepdown Unit, Newark, Delaware. You will engage in a relationship-based care model with a 4-5 patient assignment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• BSN required or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN.
• Minimum one year of acute or sub-acute experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a 4-5 patient assignment on the 5A Stepdown Unit.
• Provide relationship-based nursing care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver care with adherence to hospital policies and patient-centered goals.
