Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a House Supervisor (RN) to oversee hospital operations and nursing care during assigned night shifts at St. Joseph's Hospital in Highland, IL.

The role emphasizes staffing coordination, patient flow, and bed placement. The ideal candidate will be a licensed RN with a Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred, and at least one year of nursing experience; BLS is required and ACLS/NRP/TNCC/PALS per local guidelines may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year nursing experience is required.
• Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations and nursing care during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate staffing and patient flow; manage bed placement.
• Provide guidance and education to nursing staff and other departments; support quality patient care.
• Assist with data monitoring and assume administrative responsibilities in absence of leadership.
