Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on a daily/shift basis per hospital policy and assigned area.
• Coordinate patient admissions, bed assignments, and transfers with physicians and administration.
• Manage staffing to reflect patient workloads and acuity considerations.
• Serve as a liaison between physicians, staff, patients, and administration.
