ThedaCare is seeking an RN Clinical House Supervisor at Appleton Regional Medical Center to provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care across units. You will serve as onsite hospital administrative authority in the absence of nursing leadership and coordinate with nursing directors to ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing acute patient care resource allocation, patient flow, and inter-professional collaboration to maintain high quality care.

Formación

• BSN required or commitment to obtain BSN within five years.
• Current Wisconsin RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Three years of clinical experience.
• Two years leading projects, councils, or improvement work.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee acute patient care resources, unit operations, and patient flow to promote safety and satisfaction.
• Model organizational service standards in line with mission and values.
• Assist team members in understanding how daily tasks support ThedaCare strategy.
• Coordinate with services such as employee health, HR, infection prevention, and risk management to ensure service availability.
• Participate in committees, leadership meetings, and projects to contribute to strategic planning.
