You will oversee care plans, coordinate resident services with the interdisciplinary team, mentor staff, handle emergencies, and support training and onboarding while maintaining regulatory standards and a compassionate care culture.

Qualifications

• Active unencumbered RN license in Maryland.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with teamwork focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff and ensure high-quality care.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assess residents' health status and update care plans as needed.
• Act as a resource for nursing staff and provide guidance.
• Assist in training and orientation of new employees.
• Handle emergencies per established protocols.
• Perform other duties to deliver exceptional resident care.
