Responsibilities

• Conduct regular assessments of residents' health status and update care plans.
• Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
• Assist in training and orientation of new employees.
• Handle emergencies or issues during shifts following established protocols.
• Perform other duties to deliver exceptional resident care.
