Qualifications

• Education: graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Montana state licensure.
• Licensure and Certifications: Current certification in ACLS, PALS, NRP; TNCC desirable.
• Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Effective oral and written communication; basic computer skills.
• Experience: Two years’ charge RN/management; three years medical-surgical; ER experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain quality patient care through effective management of nursing staff.
• Oversee total patient care services during assigned shift.
• Make administrative decisions and notify Administrator-on-Call when needed.
