Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking an RN House Supervisor to serve as in-house administrator for the hospital-based team. You will oversee policy, guide operations, and support clinical decision-making in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a BSN, WA RN license, BLS, ACLS (within 6 months), and 5 years of recent clinical experience in a tertiary setting, with leadership experience preferred. This is a 0.3 FTE, part-time position with variable shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or obtained within five years of hire).
• RN license in Washington state or MLS endorsement.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; ACLS required within 6 months of employment.
