Ironside Human Resources in Helena, Montana, seeks a Registered Nurse House Supervisor to join the leadership team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role covers critical care operations with day and night shifts, three 12-hour shifts weekly, and requires active RN licensure.

Competitive hourly pay of $35.00 to $52.00, plus up to $20,000 retention bonus and up to $7,000 relocation assistance, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO and retirement plans.

Formación

• Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Minimum of three years of RN experience in a hospital setting required
• Recent ICU experience preferred
• Background in patient flow, resource nursing, or nursing leadership highly valued

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and patient flow within critical care and nursing departments
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff while assisting with patient care as needed
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Monitor staffing, resource utilization, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures
