Ironside Human Resources in Helena, MT is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time role at a community healthcare facility near Helena. You will provide patient care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and support recovery within a collaborative team.

A Montana RN license and BLS/ACLS are required, with a retention bonus and relocation assistance to help with moving. Three 12-hour shifts per week are available, including day and night options; night and weekend differentials

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Montana RN license or Compact RN license (or eligibility to obtain prior to hire).
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Minimum of one year of Med/Surg nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care by administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting recovery.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records.
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care while ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols.
