Salem Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an RN House Supervisor to oversee the nursing department in the DON's absence at our 210-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Salem, VA. Shift: Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm with a $10,000 retention bonus.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will be a licensed RN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing department in the DON's absence.
• Review staffing at each shift and assign staff to meet patient needs.
• Complete patient care rounds and coordinate admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Assist in orientation of night shift employees and supervise night staff.
• This position includes a rotating on-call schedule.
