Springtree Health & Rehabilitation Center in Roanoke is seeking an RN House Supervisor for our 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The role oversees the nursing department in the DON’s absence, reviews shift staffing, assigns and replaces staff, and coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Qualified candidates must be a licensed RN with at least 3 years of nursing experience in an acute setting.

• Licensed RN with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, including acute care setting.

Mansioni

• Oversees nursing department in the DON’s absence.
• Reviews staffing at shift change and assigns/replaces staff to meet patient care needs.
• Completes patient care rounds and coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges with proper documentation.
• Assists in orientation of evening and night shift staff.
• Supervises and evaluates evening and night shift employees.
