Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The House Supervisor is a Registered Nurse who assumes administrative responsibility for the management of all department service functions on the shift.
• Directly supervises staff house-wide and ensures efficient operations and patient flow.
• Assist medical staff with scheduling after-hour procedures and standby call staffing.
• Enhances patient/family experience through explanations of hospital policies and care coordination.
