Mayo Clinic is seeking an RN Supervisor-House to provide 24/7 on-site nursing leadership for coordination of patient flow and service delivery. The role requires a nursing program graduate with Wisconsin RN licensure and BLS certification, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

The supervisor collaborates with physicians, staff, and administrators, guides policy interpretation, and ensures staffing, resources, and emergency plans are in place.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• RN license in Wisconsin and current BLS certification.
• Evidence of baccalaureate degree within five years from RN start date.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Demonstrates skills in leadership, problem solving, continuous improvement, verbal and written communication, and team building.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and other patient services 24/7 through collaboration with staff.
• Provide nursing leadership for staff involved in patient care services 24/7.
• Direct and guide hospital staff in policies, procedures, problem solving and emergencies.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, resource utilization and emergency preparedness.
