St Catherine Hospital Garden City in Garden City, Kansas, seeks an experienced RN House Supervisor to coordinate patient care across departments and act as a critical communication link among the ED, registration, licensed practitioners, and nursing units.
You will lead direct and indirect care processes, manage Codes and emergency management, and serve as an on-call representative for executives in their absence, reporting concerns to the administrator on call.
As our RN House Supervisor, you will coordinate and direct safe and efficient patient care and throughput throughout the hospital, serving as a critical communication link between the emergency department, patient registration, Licensed Independent Practitioners, and nursing units.
Every day you will serve as the clinical resource person for direct and indirect care processes, provide competent leadership and direction for all hospital Codes and emergency management, and act as an agent for department and hospital executives in their absence, reporting concerns and events to the designated administrator on call.
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership, exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage critical situations and resources effectively across multiple hospital departments.
