Origin Travel Nurses seeks an experienced Charge Nurse for the Emergency Room on a night shift. The role encompasses nursing leadership, oversight of patient care, and ensuring high-quality standards in a fast-paced ER.

Requirements include at least 1 year of ER charge nurse supervision, current RN license (compact preferred), and BLS/ALS/PALS certifications. EPIC experience is a plus. This is a 13-week assignment with three 12-hour night shifts (19:00–07:00) and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of charge nurse or supervisory experience in an Emergency Room setting.
• Current RN license; compact license preferred.
• BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications.
• Epic charting system experience is preferred.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage emergency interventions and code situations while leading the nursing team in delivering effective care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of charge nurse or supervisory experience in an Emergency Room setting.
• Current certifications: BLS, ALS, and PALS.
• Valid RN license is required; compact license preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
