Qualifikationen

• RN license required or eligible (Alabama).
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days.
• ACLS and/or PALS may be required depending on unit.

Aufgaben

• Utilize the nursing process to care for and counsel patients, promote health and prevent illness.
• Identify patient needs using AACN guidelines and coordinate care with family and care team.
• Delegate, coordinate and manage all aspects of nursing care in collaboration with physicians and other health professionals.
