Mercyhealth is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. You will administer medications, perform assessments, and develop individualized care plans that align with physician directives and unit policies.
The role emphasizes documentation accuracy, patient safety, and participation in performance improvement activities. Compliance with state nursing practice acts and CPR/BLS certification are required within 90 days.

The employee must frequently lift and or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus. RN Clinic and Ambulatory RN’s: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or smell. The employee must regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
