Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Hospital at Home Nursing team. This is a full-time, 36-hour per week position with 3 shifts and weekend/holiday requirements.

You will apply nursing processes, assess patients, coordinate with the care team, and document in EHR while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Experience of 1 year is preferred; BSN preferred; BLS required; licensure in the state is essential for telehealth/virtual modalities where applicable.

Formación

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active registered nurse (RN) license with privileges to practice where RN is providing services.

Responsabilidades

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, engaging patients and families through the continuum of care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team to influence care outcomes.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and according to clinical protocols and procedures.
