Job summary

Faith Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Response RN to join our interdisciplinary team in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time position covers a 50-mile radius around downtown Grand Rapids, including Kent and Ottawa Counties.

You will respond to crisis calls, provide end-of-life visits, and deliver after-hours care Monday through Thursday from 4pm to midnight. Qualified candidates hold RN licensure in Michigan with at least 2 years of med/surg or acute care experience; hospice or hospital

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Michigan.
• Minimum 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience.
• Hospice or hospital experience preferred.
• Valid Michigan driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for home visits.

Responsibilities
