Job summary

Faith Hospice is seeking an experienced RN to join our interdisciplinary team as a Hospice After Hours RN. You will provide compassionate care to patients at the end of life and respond to emergencies during after-hours coverage.

This full-time role offers weekday evenings or nights (3pm-11pm or midnight-8am) with territory covering Kent and Ottawa Counties and the Grand Rapids area.

Join us to champion hospice patients and families, with support through monthly staff meetings and EAPs.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Michigan.
• Minimum 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience.
• Hospice or hospital experience preferred.
• Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours support and care
