Job summary

Journey Hospice in West Caldwell, NJ is seeking a full-time Clinical Liaison to promote hospice services to the community and healthcare partners. The role supports the marketing team, builds relationships with hospitals and case managers, and advocates for patients.

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or RN, valid PA driver’s license, and sales experience in healthcare. Flexible hours and robust benefits are offered by Journey Hospice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or RN from an accredited school.
• Experience in healthcare sales or liaison roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Journey Hospice to community, hospitals, physicians and other professionals to maintain healthy census.
• Assists Marketing Department in local outreach and community involvement.
• Represents Journey Hospice in local organizations and serves as patient advocate during hospitalizations.
