Job summary

Journey Hospice in Downingtown, PA is seeking a full-time Clinical Liaison to promote our hospice program to hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, helping maintain a healthy census in skilled nursing communities.

The role requires RN/BSN/ASN, PA driver's license, and sales experience in healthcare; you will attend local boards and organizations, advocate for patients, and collaborate with Marketing to raise community awareness.

Qualifications

• RN, BSN or ASN with active PA RN licensure.
• Sales experience in healthcare or related field is required.
• Must have valid PA driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Promote Journey Hospice to hospitals, medical centers, physicians, case managers and other healthcare professionals to maintain census.
• Assist Marketing in community promotion through local boards, groups and organizations.
• Represent Journey Hospice in local organizations and events.
• Advocate for patients when residents are hospitalized.
