Journey Hospice is seeking a full-time Community Liaison based in West Caldwell, NJ. The role focuses on promoting the hospice program to community stakeholders and building relationships with hospitals, physicians, and social workers. A strong emphasis on advocacy for patients and collaboration with the Marketing team is noted.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field; RN or LPN is a plus, with a PA driver's license. Competitive salary and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; RN or LPN from an accredited school preferred.
• Valid PA Driver's License.
• Sales experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Journey Hospice to the community, hospitals, medical centers, physicians, case managers and other healthcare professionals to maintain census.
• Assists Marketing in promoting Journey Hospice to local area through boards, groups and organizations.
• Represents Journey Hospice in local organizations.
• Serves as patient advocate when residents are hospitalized.
