Andwell Health Partners is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for our Andwell Hospice House in Auburn, ME. Join a dedicated team delivering compassionate, patient-centered care at the end of life.

The role emphasizes autonomy, meaningful patient interactions, and flexible scheduling to balance work and life. You will provide skilled nursing care, assess needs, educate families, and support comfort and dignity during the hospice journey.

Qualifications

• Maine RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge of pain management and symptom control practices.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver skilled nursing care per physician-directed plans of care.
• Assess physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
• Develop individualized care plans with measurable outcomes.
• Manage pain and symptoms to maximize comfort and quality of life.
