Job summary

Faith Hospice is seeking an RN to join our interdisciplinary team, providing end-of-life care with compassion and dignity. This full-time role offers four 10-hour shifts (10am–8pm) weekly, with every other weekend, and a salary with full-time benefits.

Weekday duties center on hospital informational sessions and admissions, while weekend visits include patient care in the community and hospital settings. We value flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration to support patients and their families.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Michigan required.
• Minimum 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience.
• Hospice or hospital experience preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for hospice care.

What Will You Do?

As a Hospice Admissions RN

• This is a full-time opportunity:
• work four 10-hour shifts (10am – 8pm) per week (including every other weekend)
• salaried as a full-time position (1.0 FTE) with full-time benefits
• Visits on weekdays are mostly focused on hospital informational sessions and admissions.
• Visits on the weekend include patient visits and/or admissions in the community and in hospitals.
