Job summary

Good Samaritan Home Health Hospice, part of an expansive health care network, is seeking an RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in patients' homes in Indiana.

You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and staff to achieve optimal outcomes. A valid Indiana RN license, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of nursing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in Indiana.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

No After Hours On-Call Requirements

Job Requirements

Required

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have an active RN license in the state served.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
• Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred

• Two years of hospital / hospice / homecare RN nursing experience preferred.
