Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home seeks a Hospice Home Health RN in Lincoln, NE to deliver 1:1 patient care in home settings while leading a cohesive care team. You will assess, plan, implement, and document patient progress, driving high-quality outcomes and compassionate support.

You must hold an active RN license, have 1+ year nursing experience (home health preferred), and maintain CPR/BLS certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience; Home Health experience is a significant plus.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and valid driver's license.
