Qualifications

• Current state of Michigan licensed Registered Nurse is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of homecare leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population.
• Self-motivated, organized with ability to manage a team consisting of home health aides and nurses.
• Be passionate about serving the elderly through Care Resources PACE.
