Salary: $35 - $40 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services for clients receiving contracted services.
• Initiate the plan of care as directed and request revisions from the prescriber as patient needs change.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor and document effectiveness.
• Review care plans and protocols to identify education, coordination, and discharge planning needs.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Current health certificate (per facility or state regulation).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year RN experience preferred.
