Maxim Healthcare is hiring a 1:1 RN in Marion, IA to administer skilled nursing care in patients' homes. This full-time overnight role offers hourly pay of $38–$40 and weekly direct deposit with flexible scheduling.

You’ll work with a dedicated local team to support patients and families, delivering high-quality care with ongoing clinical support. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medications, and educating families on care plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Requirements

Required:
