Job summary

IntelliResume is seeking an RN to join the Home Care Team in Independence, OH. This PRN role covers patients in eastern Cuyahoga and Lake counties, delivering home-based care with flexible 5-8 hour shifts between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

You will provide direct nursing care, implement care plans, and supervise LPNs and aides, ensuring safe, coordinated care and thorough documentation in all patient records.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing.
• At least 1 year of RN experience in an acute medical/surgical setting.
• Current state RN license; BLS certification; valid OH driver's license with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per policies and protocols.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.

About This Role

What You'll Do

  • Valid Driver’s License in Ohio and proof of automobile insurance with $100,000/$300,000 coverage
