Maxim Healthcare is hiring in West Des Moines, Iowa for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled pediatric home health care to patients in their own homes. This full-time daytime role offers hourly pay and weekly paychecks.

Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, following prescribed orders, assessing changes in patient condition, and documenting data for the care team. Available shifts: Full Time Days.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in Iowa.
• TB test or Chest X-ray clearance.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.
