Maxim Healthcare in Perry, Iowa is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with pediatric patients in their own homes. The role offers Full Time Overnights with competitive pay, benefits, and weekly paychecks.

The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, providing skilled nursing services per orders and monitoring patient status across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray on file.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess physiologic and psychosocial status and changes in patient condition.
• Collect and analyze data and document nursing diagnoses and care outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
