We maintain a high star rating per CMS for quality of care. Nurses are assigned to specific territories to reduce driving and foster meaningful patient interactions. About Corewell Health South – Lakeland Hospitals

The health system includes three hospitals, outpatient surgery, a cancer center, rehabilitation centers, long-term care residences, home care, hospice, and 34 physician practice locations, serving Southwest Michigan with inpatient and outpatient services.

Scope of Work

The RN utilizes the nursing process to provide professional, patient-family centered care, assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and discharging patients. The RN collaborates with patients and families to develop care plans and educational strategies, documenting appropriately.

Required Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing
• State of MI RN license
• State of MI Driver's License
• AHA or ARC BLS certification within 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• 1 year of relevant experience in acute care, emergency, or rehab
