We are now hiring an RN for PEDS Home Visits in the Greenup, KY area.

This is a PRN position.

Hours: Overnight Shift 12AM-8AM

• Must have experience with PEDS Trach/Vent Cases
• One Patient at a Time
• Full-time RNs (32+ hours) are eligible for PTO, Health Benefits, and 401k.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and infection control standards, in accordance with the plan of care/service plan, and in coordination with other care team members from admit through discharge. Complete clinical nursing assessments as required by federal and state program requirements and payers.
• Ensure patient eligibility and medical necessity for services as defined by payer source and agency policy.
• Develop and revise individualized plans of care and service plans according to federal and state requirements with other community providers.
• Ensure plan of care frequency and duration meet patient needs and revise as needed with physician approval.

Experience Desired

• Minimum of one year experience as an RN preferred.

License Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.

State Specific Requirements

• KY: At least one year of clinical RN experience; may be waived for RNs with recent LPN clinical experience.
• RN licensure must have no restrictions.
